Consumers could have a simple, powerful tool to help protect them from deceptive or dangerous financial products and practices.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has proposed to empower consumers like you through the use of complaint details in their consumer complaint database.

But the financial services industry is fighting to block you from seeing what all the complaints are about.

This is where you come in.This is your last chance to let the CFPB know that you want access tothe meat of thecomplaint — the details — to prevent problems upfront.
