But transitions can also provide much needed motivation and timeframes for organizations to build their sustainability and bench strength. Join us for an informal dialogue about transition trends in the field, perspectives on succession and sustainability planning and what organizations fear most at the onset of an executive transition.

Center members of all generations are invited to join in a lively discussion on the opportunities and challenges of a multi-generational work environment. For the first time in history there are four generations working side by side (not to mention our next generation, the digital natives joining us as interns). We’ll discuss management and communications styles, morale building, the problems of stereotyping, and more issues.
